Labour Solutions Group is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Pick Packers and High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our growing team across Ingleburn and surrounding suburbs.

Competitive hourly rates:

Pick/Packing – $32.32/hour

Forklift Driving – $34.33/hour

About the Role

As a key member of our warehouse operations team, your responsibilities will include:

Accurately picking and packing customer orders

Operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with OH&S procedures

Collaborating effectively within a team to meet targets

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience

RF scanning experience (essential)

Ability to lift up to 20kg

Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual approach

Excellent communication skills and team mentality

Full working rights in Australia

A current police check or willingness to obtain one

Forklift applicants must also have:

A valid LF forklift licence

Proven high-reach forklift experience

Requirements

Full availability Monday to Friday (with some weekend shifts during peak periods)

Physically fit and comfortable with standing/walking for extended periods

Own reliable transport to and from the site

Steel cap safety boots (required)
