Due to the continued growth of our Canberra based operation we seek expressions of interest for the following key position:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & COST CONTROLLER
The successful applicant will form part of the 360 Degree Fire Finance team and be the point of contact for our valued suppliers for all purchase order and account payable matters. The position requires acceptance of phone calls, the entry and payment scheduling of supplier accounts, reconciliation and statements of supplier accounts, Management of motor vehicle fleet, accounts co-ordination with delivery teams, and final reporting and oversight to the Office Manager
360 DEGREE FIRE has made a significant investment in paperless technology for all accounting processes. Previous experience with a service management data base, electronic accounting package or electronic recording system would be advantageous to the successful applicant.
