Area Manager - Canberra Based Role

As the successful candidate, you'll oversee a minimum of 5 stores, mentoring and coaching teams across sales, styling, and service. You'll also develop store managers in business analytics, performance management, and, most importantly, driving sales and KPIs. This role is highly results-driven, with weekly targets that you and your teams are incentivised to smash.

Ideally, you bring extensive experience in apparel and multi-site management, thriving in a high-performance environment where accountability for fashion retail KPIs is key. Additionally, you will have...

• Proven multi-site experience in a consultative retail sales environment is essential
• Passionate about developing your team to consistently deliver strong results
• Hungry to exceed budgets and smash KPIs
• A keen eye for visual merchandising to maximise store locations and seasonal trends
• Exceptional operational skills and expert time management
• Clear and confident communication abilities
• An engaging, collaborative leadership style that inspires, motivates, and supports your teams
