About the role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Innovate Painting. This is a full-time role based in Perth WA with the potential for working away projects also. As a Painter and Decorator, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality painting and decorating services to our valued clients. We cover both residential and commercial projects.
What you'll be doing
Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
Applying paint, stain, varnish or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting customer requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
What we're looking for
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Painter and Decorator, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform the physical demands of the role
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
