About the role
We are seeking passionate and student-focused secondary teachers, who enjoy building meaningful relationships with students, delivering learning based on deep subject-area knowledge, and collaborating as a team in a supportive environment. There are a mix of permanent and contract positions in the following roles, commencing January 2026.

What you'll be doing

Teach your subject area/s across Years 7 to 12 using evidence-based practice

Differentiate and adjust learning for diverse students, including extension, cultivating a love of learning at all levels

Cultivate meaningful relationships with all students, supporting our values-based foundations

Assist in the development of assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records and reporting

Capably integrate a range of technological tools into your classroom teaching to enhance student learning

Partner with families and support staff, upholding student wellbeing and child safety, where the whole person is the whole point

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Education

Current QCT registration (or the ability to obtain)

Deep knowledge of Years 7 to 12 curriculum and assessment standards

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, where competence and kindness shine through

Forward thinking, with an keen eye on where education in going next

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleague’s

Describe your approach to differentiation and give an example of improved outcomes.

Discuss how you pursue continuous professional development. Highlight a specific course or experience that significantly improved your professional practice and an area you would like to undertake next that aligns with your professional progression? .

Teaching is relational. Describe how you form meaningful student relationships and the strategies you use when rapport is not immediate.
