As the face of our pharmacy, you’ll welcome customers, help them feel at ease, and connect them with our custom compounded health and skincare products. We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, approachable, and makes everyone feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in our door.

How your day will look

​​Make every customer feel welcome and valued, whether in-store, on the phone, or online

Welcome each customer with a smile, assist with orders, and help brighten their day

Consistently go above and beyond to delight our customers with caring and attentive service

Help pack and send orders, adding a personal touch to every package

Offer warm, tailored skincare guidance to support each customer’s needs (once trained)

Your qualities and skills

You bring warmth, energy, and genuine care to every interaction

Being around people lifts your spirits and keeps you motivated

You’re always ready to jump in and help when your team or customers need support

You’re comfortable using a computer and emails

Previous customer service experience is a plus

What we offer

We’re open Monday to Friday 9-5: no weekends, no public holidays, no nights, no long shifts

We close for a week over Christmas and New Year
