Now we’re looking for a Store Supervisor to sprinkle some leadership magic over our World Square store. If you’ve got the drive to lead a team, a passion for great customer service, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced (and sugar-fuelled!) environment, this is your chance to jump in.

As our Supervisor, you’ll be more than just a leader — you’ll be the vibe-setter, the team motivator, and the person who makes sure every customer leaves smiling (and carrying something delicious). You’ll work closely with our Store Manager and an amazing crew of donut connoisseurs, helping us keep the store buzzing and beautiful.

You’ll get to:

Lead and inspire the team in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of way.

Recruit and train passionate new team members (aka future donut pros).

Handle key admin tasks like rostering, stock control & ordering.

Oversee store set up and close like a pro.

Keep service standards high, customers happy, and the vibe upbeat.

What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.

Confidence in leading people (or the drive to learn quickly).

Communication skills that shine.

Willingness to be super hands-on.

A passion for great service, great products, and great teamwork.

Knowledge of workplace health & safety is a bonus.
