What You’ll Be Doing

Own the flow: Direct and control traffic through construction and maintenance sites to keep everyone safe.

Set the stage: Install, maintain, and remove traffic control signs, devices, and barriers.

Stay sharp: Monitor conditions and adjust measures in real time.

Communicate with confidence: Liaise with supervisors, workers, the Office and the public.

Deliver quality service: Treat every road user with respect and professionalism.

Work by the book: Ensure full compliance with traffic management regulations and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

Current TMI qualification (or equivalent).

Proven experience in traffic control, ideally on construction or maintenance projects.

Clear, confident communicator with strong customer service skills.

Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

Flexibility to work varied shifts — days, nights, weekends as required.
