Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate graduate recruitment campaigns and career entry pathways for nursing and midwifery.
- Oversee governance, workforce planning, and performance outcomes to meet service targets.
- Manage financial, human, and material resources within the NMCRH portfolio.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, and key stakeholders to achieve strategic priorities

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead diverse teams.

Metro South Health is the major provider of public health services, and health education and research, in the Brisbane south side, Logan, Redlands and Scenic Rim regions.
We serve an estimated population of 1 million people, 23 per cent of Queensland’s population. We employ more than 10,000 staff and have an annual operating budget of $1.6 billion.
