Brightstar Nursing Australia Pty Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality aged care staffing services, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Assistant in Nursing (AINs) to join our team on a casual basis.

What we offer

PCA - $40.00 +Shift Loading + Weekend Loading

PCA- Meds - $42.00 +Shift Loading + Weekend Loading

Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. - $46.84 +Shift Loading + Weekend Loading

Registered Nurse Yr.5+ - $70.00 +Shift Loading + Weekend Loading

Key responsibilities

Providing compassionate, person-centred nursing and care to our aged care residents

Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, medication management, and supporting residents' social and emotional wellbeing

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Actively participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

Current registration as an RN & EN with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in residential aged care or similar healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (mandatory for PCAs and AINs)

Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

Right to work in Australia (mandatory)

Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required for travel between facilities
