As a production team member, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality blinds, curtains, shutters, and other window furnishings. This position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where precision and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling, cutting, and finishing window furnishings to specification
• Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Inspecting products for quality assurance
• Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
