We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Marketing Coordinator to lead our brand’s growth across multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company’s tile, building, and decoration materials, driving brand awareness and generating sales leads across residential, commercial, and trade customer segments.

Manage and maintain digital platforms, including the company website, social media accounts, and online advertising, ensuring accurate product information, inspirational design content, and timely promotional updates.

Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, showroom displays, and point-of-sale marketing materials to support both retail and trade sales objectives.

Identify and develop new marketing channels, industry partnerships, and collaborations with architects, interior designers, and builders through industry research and competitor analysis.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and key marketing metrics to inform strategy and improve ROI.

Support the planning and execution of trade shows, design expos, industry networking events, and community exhibitions to showcase products and strengthen brand positioning.

Liaise with product suppliers in China to obtain up-to-date marketing collateral (such as product brochures, specification sheets, and promotional materials) and adapt these into tailored marketing content for the Australian market.

About You

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role

Industry background in construction, home improvement, interior design, or retail will be highly regarded

Strong channel marketing skills and proven ability to negotiate and build partnerships with industry stakeholders

Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and trends (e.g., Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, Facebook, WeChat, TikTok, and EDM platforms)

Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous

Creative, organised, and results-driven with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
