Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards

Replenish supplies, linens, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to relevant teams

Support special cleaning projects and event preparations when required

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, ideally within hospitality

Serene Facility Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate our housekeeping team in the Gold Coast. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional cleanliness standards while supporting operational efficiency and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service

Schedule and allocate daily tasks to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality control

Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ordering as needed

Liaise with maintenance and management teams to address facility issues

Uphold all health, safety, and security procedures within the team

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns professionally

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or hospitality

Strong leadership and team management skills
