The role
We have multiple opportunities for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our warm and supportive Townsville team. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all
• Contribute to programming, documentation, and evaluation of learning outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and centre policies

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for early learning and child development
