About the Company

Our client is a highly respected, boutique residential developer and builder with a history of delivering quality residential land developments and commercial building projects. With a strong pipeline of over 500 lots to be developed and built over the coming years in the Toowoomba region, the business are headed into an exciting period of expansion and are looking for passionate individuals to join their business.

About the Position:

Due to continued growth an opportunity exists for a Junior Building Supervisor to join the team in Toowoomba. Responsibilities will include:

Support a Senior Supervisor across detached housing projects

Coordination and direction of trades

Quality inspections on site

QA reporting prior to job handover

Maintain WHS on all sites

What we're looking for:

Trade qualification in Carpentry or similar

Experience in residential building

Good leadership, communication and presentation

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Driven to contribute to a growing business
