We’re Franklin Smith Recruitment and we are teaming up with a Toowoomba builder who’s a repeat client of ours and have got more work than they can poke a formwork prop at – and they’re looking for a Site Manager who knows their way around multi-level concrete structures.

The gig:

• You’ll be steering projects in the $5M–$10M range – solid, interesting, and never dull.
• You’ll have a tight-knit crew who actually enjoy working together (and even share a laugh on site).
• You’ll get the backing of a leadership team who don’t just “talk support” – they actually roll up their sleeves and give it.
