We are looking for Operations Specialists (Drivers) to maintain our fleet of shared electric vehicles. As an Operations Specialist, you will wear multiple “helmets” to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for mechanically-inclined operations professionals. Broaden and build your career experiences this exciting position today!

Operations Specialists drive the success of our e-vehicle fleet in our communities. Using our Operations vans and the company app to find high priority tasks, you will travel around the city swapping batteries, performing simple onsite bicycle maintenance, and picking up vehicles to be relocated or serviced by our team.

Role: Operations Specialist

Location: Coorparoo, QLD

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Casual Full time: 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri

Pay Rate: $31.19 p/hr + super

What You will do

-Safely operate a van for approximately 8 hours a day

-Deploy, retrieve, revive and move e-bikes within the local market

-Review and address incoming city requests regarding vehicles

-Maintain communication with the Ops Specialist team, mechanics team and management

-Review and report any vehicle repair and maintenance needs

-Monitor events to ensure cleanliness and safe usage of our vehicles

-Put flat batteries on charge at the warehouse and remove full batteries for use

-Additional job related tasks as assigned

About You

-Must have full driving rights, have safe driving record and be 21 years or older

-Ability to lift up to 30kg on a frequent basis required

-Have some experience in similar position

-Comfortable operating a mobile device including having knowledge of in app-based workflows (iOS experience preferred)

-Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

-Ability to read and follow instructions

-Comfortable performing minor onsite repairs

-Good knowledge of city geography and experience driving a van in city traffic (preferred)

-Experience with driving 2 tonne van preferred
