Queensland Mobility Solutions is seeking a reliable and physically fit Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our growing team. We specialise in delivering and setting up mobility and healthcare equipment across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role that requires strength, organisation, and great customer service — especially when assisting our elderly clients.

About the Role:

Full-time position based in Maroochydore, QLD

Deliver and set up heavy equipment in homes and facilities

Regularly carry items upstairs and into tight spaces

Maintain a clean and organised vehicle

Provide clear, respectful communication and instructions to clients — many of whom are elderly

Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a tidy appearance

Work independently and as part of a supportive team

Future earning potential for the right candidate

Requirements:

Manual driver’s licence

Physically fit and able to perform regular heavy lifting

Patience and good communication skills, especially with elderly clients

Fully COVID-19 vaccinated

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to follow setup procedures accurately and efficiently

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in the aged care or healthcare equipment industry
