Join a leading Australian power generation company specialising in the design, engineering, and manufacture of custom generator systems. We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our Traralgon Production Team, focusing on the assembly of large-scale acoustic enclosures.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating and working with crane crews to safely couple base frames, generators, and acoustic enclosures

Performing pipe fitting for fuel, coolant, and exhaust systems

Securing / mounting sub-assemblies, components and generators

Following engineering drawings, job packs, and quality standards

Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance requirements

About You:

Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (or significant relevant experience)

Experience in heavy mechanical assembly, preferably with large industrial equipment

Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical fastening techniques

Confident working with crane crews and lifting plans for large assemblies

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork
