Opportunity for an experienced Joinery Manager / Factory Foreman to oversee operations within this Chipping Norton factory. You'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day factory operations, ensuring all joinery projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

Managing workflow and production to meet project deadlines

Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient factory environment

Ensuring projects run smoothly, quality control and troubleshooting any issues on the floor

Operating CNC and edgebander, forklift licence (preferred)

Promote a safe work environment

About you:

Great communication and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Trade qualified joinery/cabinetmaker
