About the role

As a Roofing & Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and directing our roofing sales team, ensuring we provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth. What you'll be doing

Implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

Training, and supervising a team of roofing professionals

Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on roofing products and services

Ensuring all sales and customer service activities adhere to company policies and procedures

Analysing sales data and providing regular reports to the management team

Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery
