There is only 1 other PT who is almost at capacity so plenty of scope for a new trainer to thrive here.

Mentoring and professional development through the brand and Owner who has gone from PT to assistant manager, manager and Owner.

What we look for:

Must understand that it is a PT "business" but we will work hard with the right person to make sure they are well looked after and mentored.

Be a team player; though we are all subcontractors, there is a level of teamwork and overall team and gym growth mindset and not feel like but not also act like it's all for 1 mentality. The better the gym does with new and more members, the better the PT's will do.

Great with social media; we will be looking to create a lot more professional-looking content across our socials next year, we already have the cameras and Bluetooth 2-way microphones ready to go to be utilised as needed for gym and personal PT business use

Salesperson; it's a touchy subject sometimes but at the end of the day it is sales, I need to trust that the person who is here that if someone were to enquire, I can count on them when I'm not around to follow up/book in/close enquiries.
