You will be joining an exceptional team working with high end Architecture and Design products and be responsible for creating a memorable experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

Meet and greet clients in the showroom and assist with product demonstrations and selections

Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiry's

Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard and presentable at all times

Colour and design consultations with clients

Ensure the showroom is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis

Skills and experience

Prior experience working in the flooring, tiles, bath or kitchen ware would be highly regarded

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport

Excellent presentation and communication, both written and verbal

High attention to detail and organised

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Proactive with a natural willingness to help
