Production Supervisor 8/6 Roster Days and Nights -Long term Project -

Sections 26 Statutory Cert or sec 44 Current .

3 Years Minimum experience in open cut operations in a 60-100T Fleet

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, leading and mentoring teams effectively to drive production performance outcomes.

A distinct understanding of managing plant, equipment and resources.

Quarry Manager/Project Manager Mining 2/2 Dayshify Only -Long Term Project

What you'll be doing

The Project Manager will be responsible for the Daily running and reporting for Company mine operation Project at Plutonic Mine Site owned and operated by Catalyst Metals .

Your Role will be to develop and maintain a strong focus on engagement with the Client onsite personnel with detailed attention to reporting schedules, site and team management meetings, whilst upholding and maintaining the company values and expectations during the service contract period.

You will be expected to liaise closely with the company's management team in particular the HSEQ teams to deliver safe and effective outcomes for your project and Mining crews.

You will be expected to deliver outcome based mine site Mining delivery targets and standards by managing onsite personnel, utilising company-based risk mitigation strategies and other miscellaneous tasks within their area of responsibility.

What we're looking for

An Experienced Project Manager/Quarry Manager with open Pit & Drill and Blast Experience .

5 years' relevant experience in Surface mining .

Demonstrated Background in Project Management and Leadership .

Preference will be given to applicants with Quarry Manager Unrestricted or AIM equivalent plus mandatory Mining S26 Supervision course

Deep understanding and knowledge of WA Mining rules and regulations

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality management

Current driver's license and ability to work in a team environment

A leader who can drive Safety and Production to meet schedules aswell as building teams.

Project Engineer -Open cut Mining 2/2 Roster -Long term Project

Responsibiltys

Lead and implement process optimisation initiatives from inception to completion, focusing on enhancing productivity, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.

Work closely with Project Manager, Site Supervisors to ensure collaboration and project alignment across sites and departments.

Assist in the reporting and analysis of CCMS performance, identifying key trends and areas for further improvement.

Assist in the development and management of Project budget, identifying potential areas for cost savings.

Contribute to risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting regular site reviews

Design & Deliver of Drill plans and blast packs with Deswick in line with Drill and Blast Co-ordinator and Project manager .

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering favourable but not a mandatory requirement

Minimum 3 years Open pit/Drill and Blast Mining Experience

WA Quarry Manager Certificate of Competency favourable .

Current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on operational data, identifying trends and areas for optimisation and efficiency improvements.

Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and effective communication across sites and departments.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, initiatives, and complex data clearly to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Proactive and hands-on approach to Project Engineering, with the flexibility to visit site operations as needed to oversee project implementation and performance.

Excellent Computer skills with Microssoft and Mine design software .

You will also need:

A valid Drivers License

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

A commitment to safe work practices
