KHANS FOODS PTY LTD is a Melbourne-based importer and distributor of premium Halal and Tayyab-certified food products under the trusted KHAN’S brand. Over the past decade, we’ve grown from a local supplier into a national player, managing exclusive South Asian food brands and expanding into markets across Australia, the UAE, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Canada.

We’re looking for a Brand Development Officer to take the lead on strategic marketing and branding initiatives that boost product visibility, drive national sales growth, and launch our products into new domestic and international markets. This is a key role in our next stage of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute brand marketing strategies for product launches and nationwide positioning

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot growth opportunities

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, digital ads, and print collateral

Work with designers and vendors to produce high-quality branded materials

Support e-commerce marketing, email campaigns, and website content updates

Track and report on campaign performance using digital analytics and KPIs

Coordinate company participation in local and overseas trade exhibitions

Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all platforms and communications

Key Requirements

Qualifications in marketing and/or business

At least one year of relevant work experience

Positive Australian skills assessment is a plus but not essential

Linguistic skills and cultural awareness are an advantage

Remuneration
$77,000 per year plus superannuation
