Key Responsibilities

Register all import air freight shipments accurately

Liaise with overseas agents, Airlines, Cargo Terminals, and other key stakeholders

Ensure timely and accurate cargo reporting in accordance with Customs legislation to avoid penalties

Deliver exceptional customer service across all stages of the freight process

Act as the first point of contact to manage and resolve issues with shipments efficiently

Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless end-to-end freight operations

Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and on time to support financial goals

Maximise job profitability in alignment with agreed commercial targets

Your Expertise

Previous experience in Air Freight forwarding

Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines

Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise in a high-paced setting

Confident and professional communicator with proven customer service skills

Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong troubleshooting capabilities

Commercial acumen and experience in managing job profitability and customer invoicing

Positive attitude and team player with a flexible, can-do mindset
