About the role

Join the team at Galaxy Hub Logistics' as a full-time Truck Driver based in Derrimut, Victoria. This critical role will see you responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across metropolitan and regional areas. You will play a key part in ensuring our clients' orders are fulfilled on time and in pristine condition.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate prime mover with sideloader from the wharf.

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain roadworthiness

Monitor and maintain vehicle logs, records and documentation as required

Adhere to all applicable road rules, traffic regulations and workplace safety policies

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients, warehouse staff and dispatch

Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles as needed

What we're looking for

A current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

At least 3 years' experience as a professional truck driver, with 3 years sideloader experience.

Excellent knowledge of road rules, safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
