Morgan Insurance Brokers is located in Brisbane and Melbourne but has clients all around Australia.

We are experiencing rapid growth and would like a new PERSONALITY to join in on the rewards of the growth.

Extremely professional in all dealings and presentation.

This role is very fast paced as like all Insurance Broking jobs.

The volume of work, particularly new business is large and requires speed. Organisational skills are a must.

Qualifications & experience

Tier 1

Tier 2

Diploma preferred

5+ years experience in commercial account management

Sales skills without sacrificing quality

Insight use ideal

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering inbound calls

New business calls

Inbound client request calls

Management of book - size to be determined and flexible depending on the candidate (0-250k) - for example, if you're killing it with new business, a smaller book will be allocated to you.

Utilising and managing team of 2 assistants to fulfill role

Commercial and residential inbound new business

Meeting monthly KPI's for both renewals and new business

CRM organisation (salesforce)

Retention bonus: book size bonus commissions of 5% of your book, paid monthly.

+ new business commissions paid monthly on the below tiered structure

0-10k - 10%

10-20k - 15%

20-25k - 22%

25k+ - 25%

(both paid monthly)

New business KPI is 12,500 (commission + fee) a month.

It may sound like a lot but we have hundreds of leads to be serviced. The other brokers doing new business are consistently hitting over 25k a month each.
