In this role, you will:
confidently look after a designated section with support from food runners and the rest of the team while making sure our guests are having a good time
work closely with our kitchen team to gain an understanding of ingredients, provenance, processes and techniques
champion our food and drinks menu as it changes with seasons and share stories behind items on the menu as well as winemakers and more
We are looking for people who:
