🚧 Project Engineer – Civil (Full-Time)

Location: Central West, NSW

About Us:
We’re an established and growing rail and civil company delivering rail and civil projects across regional NSW. Our team is dedicated to integrity, efficiency, and building long-term community assets. With a strong project pipeline in the Central West, we’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Engineer to support our delivery team.

Your Role:
As Project Engineer, you’ll take a hands-on role in planning, coordinating, and delivering civil projects to the highest quality and safety standards. Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering and Estimating of new project works

Oversee daily project activities across multiple work sites

Review project designs, specifications, and scope documentation

Manage subcontractors and site operations to ensure timely delivery

Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and suppliers

Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and documentation

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks

Provide technical support and solve on-site construction issues

About You:

Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil infrastructure (rail or civil preferred)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong safety focus

Comfortable working regionally and occasionally travelling to remote sites

White Card and current driver’s license (required)

Rail Industry Worker Card (desirable)

Bathurst region based (desirable)
