Assistant Educators - Various positions Part Time and Casual – Yeronga

Yeronga Child Development Centre is a privately owned Service located within the inner southside of Brisbane. we open at 6.15 am and close at 6.15 pm Monday to Friday.

We currently have positions available for qualified, and passionate Assistant Educators to join our team. ONLY qualified educators who meet the below requirements will be considered.

The Part-time and Casual roles requires a person who must be able to complete open and closing shifts on a rotating roster.

The part-time role hours can be negotiated by mutual agreement however must be able to complete open and closing shifts on a rotating roster.

To meet the requirements for this position, applicants must have:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (Minimum level of Qualification). Candidates who are actively studying towards completion should also apply.

Prior experience as a paid Assistant Educator in a long daycare service would be desirable

Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;

Current First Aid Certificate and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Current Working with Children's Blue card

Passion and ability to inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, for your families, and for your Educator colleagues
