We are one of the largest companies currently providing asset maintenance services to the concrete, quarrying, asphalt, and recycling industries throughout Victoria we have multiple positions available, Dayshift, Afternoon and nightshift positions available, within the Northern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

About You

Are you a skilled Boilermaker - Fitter with a strong mechanical mindset and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that power our client's production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment

· Fabricate and weld components for repairs and upgrades

· Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement lasting solutions

· Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols

· Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime

What You will Need:

· Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent)

· Proven experience in heavy industrial high volume plant maintenance

· Proficiency in Mig, and stick welding

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

· Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

· White Card

· EWP - WAH - Confined Space- First Aid, highly regarded but not essential
