The Role
With an active pipeline of boutique multi-residential and mixed-use developments, they offer a stable, well-resourced environment for ambitious construction professionals to take ownership of premium projects from the ground up. Working closely with consultants, you'll ensure seamless design delivery, prevent clashes in BIM, and oversee execution both digitally and on-site (1–2 site visits per week).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Manager, ideally within high-end multi-residential, commercial, or industrial sectors
• Registered Architect (preferred) with the ability to independently lead and coordinate all design aspects
• In-depth knowledge of legislation, BCA requirements, Construction Act, and NCC
• Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and BIM systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across all stages of design
