Are you looking for a meaningful role where your skills and experience are genuinely valued?
If you're someone who takes pride in delivering thoughtful, person-centred support and wants to be part of a values-aligned team, this could be a great fit for you.
Here’s why: We’re More Choice Support, and we’re changing the narrative in disability — not just for participants, but for the people who work alongside them.
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Support Worker who isn’t afraid of complexity, is confident working solo, and knows how to build meaningful relationships without burning out. If you’ve worked with clients with complex behavioural or communication needs — we want to talk.
What’s in it for you?
Flexibility and variety – We’re a small organisation, which means your week won’t always look the same — and that’s part of the opportunity.
Space to grow with us – As we grow, you’ll have the chance to shape the role and help us strengthen our values and services.
Collaborative culture – You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your voice is heard.
Intentional onboarding – Shadow shifts and check-ins to help you settle in confidently.
Support from people who get it – We’ve walked in your shoes and stay actively connected to the work on the ground, not just watching from the sidelines
Who are we?
More Choice Support is a Broome-based disability support provider with fresh energy and deep roots. While we’re a new organisation, we’re backed by years of proven success in helping people with disability achieve meaningful outcomes. We’re driven by the belief that the best support comes from people who truly know their clients — and that’s how we’re changing the narrative in disability support.
Our close-knit team is known for being hands-on, values-driven, and deeply connected to our community.
Our supports include independent living assistance, daily activities, community access, and employment mentoring. We’re values-driven and future-focused, offering stability, flexibility, and real human connection.
The Role
You’ll be supporting NDIS participants across a range of day-to-day tasks including:
Personal care, emotional regulation, and daily routines
Community access and social participation
Positive behaviour support (as part of a collaborative team approach)
Communication with families, team members, and stakeholders
Accurate record keeping and shift reporting
Participation in care planning and team check-ins Shifts may include day, evening, overnight, and sleepover shifts. We support people 24/7 — and we’re looking for people who understand what that means.
Bonus Points:
Experience with PBS, mental health, or trauma-informed practice
Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or similar
Knowledge of the NDIS Framework
Ready to Apply?
We recognise that people are the heart of our service, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come as a small, close-knit team. If you want to join a values-aligned organisation that sees you as a person, not a number — we’d love to hear from you.
