The position
In this dynamic leadership role, you will perform client facing services whilst leading and developing team members within the East Metro, Southwest and Pilbara areas.
Full-time | 12-month fixed-term contract (with view to extend!)
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
- Client facing services, including counselling and support, advocacy and workshop facilitation
- Facilitating operational planning processes and guiding and developing team members within your team to ensure contractual requirements are met
- Providing reports and facilitating budgeting
About You
This role will require the ability to work one evening shift per week (11:30am to 7:36pm)
Minimum qualifications:
- Tertiary Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work
- 3+ years counselling experience
- Current Driver's license
Have or be willing to obtain the following:
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Working with Children Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
