Shoot all platforms iPhone and digital camera, producing polished stills and short-form video assets.

Skilled at editing images (Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One or similar) and video content (Premiere Pro, Resolve, Final Cut, InShot, etc.).

Excited to learn new platforms, test content, and engage with emerging trends.

Ai is here - interest to learn, augment and adapt (Midjourney, Firefly, Other Ai's).

What you’ll do:

Produce high-quality imagery and short-form video for digital campaigns, social, web, and print.

Shoot using both mobile and dedicated camera gear in studio, location, and product setups.

Edit and retouch images, assemble and refine video clips for Reels/TikTok/Stories.

Stay current with visual trends and tools; experiment and report on performance.

Take risk. We expect to sometimes 'fail' - it means we're taking risk. If we're too safe, we don't learn. 80-90% of the work will be down the fairway - then we need to be imaginative and try different things.

Turn Lemons to lemonade. There are no mistakes - only gems and lessons in disguise.

Must‑have skills:

Be an excellent photographer and video (short form) maker

Ideally have a tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Arts - photography), Design (photography), Master of or Diploma. If you are a star and haven't gone down that path, producing your own portfolio - please apply. This is an 'art'.

You'll know what good work looks like and be able to produce it | taste.
