About the role
Aspire Diesel is seeking an experienced Workshop Administrator to join our team in Gracemere, QLD. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our busy workshop, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain the workshop's scheduling and booking system
Answer phones, take bookings and enquiries, emails & some social media posts.
Process job cards, invoices, estimates and other administrative paperwork in a timely manner
Liaise with customers to provide updates on job progress and any additional requirements
Open jobs, order parts and equipment as needed, ensuring the workshop is well-stocked
Assist with inventory management and stock control
Provide general administrative support to the workshop team as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within an automotive or similar workshop environment, mechanical tradespeople also welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and the workshop team
Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using workshop management software, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
