Role Requirements

• Proven experience leading accounts receivable teams
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Solid understanding of credit control, collections, and aged debt management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive process improvements and maintain compliance with audit standards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small AR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payments, and collections
• Oversee aged debt, suspense accounts, and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Prepare and maintain accurate AR reports and KPIs for senior management
• Support month-end and audit activities related to receivables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AR processes and cash flow
