About the role

You will be picking up the books of a recently departed General Dentist who was highly productive, grossing over $1M in the last financial year doing "bread and butter" Dentistry.

As a General Dentist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dental care to patients at THE COUNTRY DENTIST in Murgon, Queensland. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped practice with a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive dental examinations and consultations

Diagnosing and treating a range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health problems

Performing a variety of dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns

Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

Collaborating with the dental team to ensure the highest standards of patient care

Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines

What we're looking for

Dental degree and current registration with the Australian Dental Board (AHPRA)

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a general dentist, preferably in a private practice setting

Strong clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up to date

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated dental team
