Roles and Responsibilities

As our third dentist, you’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry—covering restorative and prosthodontics (including crowns, bridges, and removable appliances), endodontics (molar RCT), oral surgery (surgical extractions), and more.

You’ll also have opportunities to further develop your ortho and implant skills, enhancing the full-spectrum services we offer. Beyond clinical excellence, you’ll serve as a mentor and leader for our support staff, showing appreciation for each team member’s role. With a flexible roster (including some weekends) and direct mentorship from the principal dentist, you’ll refine your craft while helping us build a patient-centred practice grounded in strong values.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years post-graduate experience in a busy general dentistry setting

• Clinical expertise in restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics (including molars), and surgical extractions

• Comfortable with (or eager to advance) orthodontic and dental implant procedures

• Patient management skills, including the ability to connect with, educate, and reassure patients

• A humble, team-oriented attitude—you lead by example and support every member of the practice

• Willingness to work a flexible, full-time load (including occasional weekends) to meet patient demand

• Alignment with our values-led ethos, committed to continuous learning and collaboration
