We are looking for multiple Pharmacists to join our team:
Full-time Mon-Fri . No weekends, after hours or on-call.
Start dates are negotiable but an immediate start is available.
Attractive salary circa $130,000 - $150,000 plus super.
Free fully-furnished accommodation with all bills covered. Not shared with anyone else.

More About the Roles
You will work in a variety of care settings including:
Hospital, providing inpatient clinical services
Aboriginal Health Services (town and remote clinics)
Dialysis Units
Aged care centres
Community pharmacy
Pharmacists will rotate between our sites in Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing and Halls Creek. The exact details of the rotations (sites and duration) will be discussed during the hiring process and will depend on your personal circumstances and operational requirements.
If you prefer not to rotate, then full-time positions are available in Halls Creek and Fitzroy Crossing (no positions in Broome or Derby).

Supporting remote clinics through tele-pharmacy;

Collaborating with other healthcare providers in the region.
About You
You will have at least 2 years experienced working as a Pharmacist.
To thrive in these roles, you will be a degree-qualified Pharmacist with general (unrestricted) AHPRA registration or the ability to obtain this, and a genuine passion and interest in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander healthcare.
You will be a strong problem-solver who knows when to adapt your approach for your patient. A strong communicator and collaborator, you can effectively build relationships with community members and healthcare providers throughout the region.
All of our pharmacists work within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, where they are usually the only pharmacist as the lead for a health service. To succeed in any of our roles, you will need to be able to make confident and autonomous decisions regarding patient care.
You will be experienced in all aspects of pharmacy, and be a qualified vaccinator. You will also need HMR/MMR accreditation, and we will support you in obtaining this if you don’t already have it.
