Club Pilates Nedlands is seeking a Sales Associate to oversee sales and bookings.

Club Pilates originally founded in San Diego, CA in 2007 prides itself on its variety of classes offered ranging from beginner to intense Cardio Sculpt workouts. With more than 800 studios across the globe, spanning 4 continents, Club Pilates is the largest Pilates brand and studio network worldwide.

Club Pilates aims to help people have better control of their bodies and lives through the progressive chain of learning to move, feel and therefore live better.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

● Greet members and welcome them to the studio

● Assist with member check-in and introducing them to their Pilates Instructor

● Have a thorough understanding of the brand, the Pilates Classes and the Pilates

policies and safety rules

● General studio upkeep duties including washing and folding towels, cleaning of

any benches and equipment so that it is available for client use at any given time.

● Administer sales calls

● Implement, assist and/or manage grassroots marketing initiatives

● Develop a strong understanding of the studio management and booking system

● Managing prospects and members through ClubReady

● Any other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:

● Sales experience is highly desirable with a willingness to learn

● Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, great negotiation skills

● Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills that exudes empathy

● In depth understanding of the benefits of Pilates and what sets Club Pilates apart

from other Pilates studios

● Professional, Punctual and Reliable and Neat

● Ability to implement and streamline new procedures in a diverse environment

● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and proactively communicate with

management

● Consistently uses excellent judgment

● Ability to work harmoniously with the public, management and instructors

● Must present for work well groomed wearing at least 1 item of Club Pilates

branded clothing

● Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality

● Proficient in (or ability to become) ClubReady software for basic use

● Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong

interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email

● An affinity and passion for fitness.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
