The Role:

Manage your own diverse client list with autonomy & the support of an experienced team with administrative support to help you do what you do best.

Contribute to developing & refining clinical guidelines, policies & procedures to improve outcomes

Work collaboratively to develop integrated therapy plans that take a holistic approach, providing the best service we can.

Build strong relationships with families, educators & other aligned professionals to achieve each child's goals

Selection Criteria:

Bachelors in Speech Pathology

Current SPA registration

Current WWC for NSW/VIC or eligibility for both

Eligibility to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check

Driver's license + reliable car

Strong collaborative & communication skills with clients & allied health professionals

Understanding of different approaches to paediatric assessment & intervention
