Full-Time Speech Pathologist (Canberra)

Full Time $90,000–$115,000 (inclusive of super) depending on experience (Part-time would be considered)

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join us full-time — whether your interest lies in working with children, adults, or a mix of both, we’ll shape a caseload that aligns with your strengths and preferences.

What You’ll Do

As a Speech Pathologist at ELEV8, you’ll:

Deliver creative, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants of all ages — children, adults, or a mix of both (caseload tailored to your interests)

Conduct assessments and collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals

Provide services across settings — clinic, home, school, community, or telehealth

Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions

Contribute to program development and continuous service improvement

Who You Are

You’ll thrive with us if you:

Hold a degree in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership

Have 2+ years’ clinical experience (paediatric and/or adult experience welcome)

Bring a strengths-based, person-centred approach to therapy

Value autonomy while enjoying a connected team culture

Have (or can obtain) ACT/NSW WWCC, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
