Floor Plan Technician – Casual Role with Growth

Dynamic Floor Plans is growing, and we're looking for a detail-focused, tech-confident new team member to join us as a Floor Plan Technician.

This is a casual, on-site role — ideal for someone who enjoys architecture, property, or design, and wants flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow with a tight-knit, driven team.

What You’ll Do

Visit residential properties across Brisbane (from South Brisbane to the Northside)

Accurately measure internal and external spaces to create floor plans

Work independently with limited supervision

Be booked for jobs based on your availability (you control your hours)

About You

You have extreme attention to detail – accuracy matters in every job

You’re reliable and punctual – we work with high-end clients and agents

You’re confident with tech and can problem-solve on the go

You have a strong interest (or background) in architecture, design, or real estate

You understand how to read, interpret, and visualise floor plans

You’re comfortable working solo and navigating from job to job

Requirements

Driver’s licence and reliable transport

Familiarity with measuring tools or systems (training provided)

Comfortable navigating sites and properties on your own
