What You’ll Do:

Confidently lead your room with care, creativity and intention

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Support and mentor fellow educators to develop engaging, play-based programs

Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all

Actively contribute to reflective practices and continuous improvement across the service

What You’ll Need:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Previous experience leading a room or mentoring other educators

A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and a genuine passion for early learning

A collaborative, proactive attitude and a growth mindset

Working With Children Check (VIC)
