Websters Lawyers is a well-established and respected South Australian law firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, client-focused legal services across a range of practice areas. We are currently seeking a motivated Family and/or Estate Lawyer to join our Adelaide office.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1 year post admission experience in Family Law and/or Estate Law to take the next step in their legal career. You will manage a varied caseload, working closely with experienced practitioners.

Responsibilities include

· Managing your own files with supervision and support

· Providing legal advice on Family Law and/or Estate Law

· Drafting court documents and correspondence

· Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia or
the Supreme Court of South Australia

· Engaging in dispute resolution and mediation processes

· Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining high standards of service

About you

· A minimum of 1 year post admission experience in Family Law and/or Estate Law

· A current practicing certificate (or eligibility to obtain one in SA)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Sound legal research and drafting abilities

· The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
