About the role

We are seeking 2 Experienced Pharmacist's to join our team at Plympton Centre Pharmacy Pty. Ltd. in Plympton, South Australia. There is 1x full-time and 1x casual opportunity, offering the flexibility to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an Experienced Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.

What you'll be doing

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines

Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures

Contribute to the ongoing training and development of pharmacy staff

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy and current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

Minimum 1 years' experience as a practising Pharmacist in a community or hospital setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care

Proficient in the use of FRED software and technology is highly regarded.
