Join Our Dynamic Team at Integricare!

Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to take the next step in your career? Integricare is looking for an educator with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our supportive team on a full-time basis!

This position is a full-time position working 38 hours a week, across Tuesday to Friday, with 3 x 10 hour shifts & 1 x 8 hour shift – a 4 day work week, giving you that perfect work-life balance.

What We're Looking For:
-You’re enrolled in a recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- You’ve completed an approved Child Protection Statement of Attainment
- You know your way around early learning frameworks and standards (think EYLF, NQS, and National Quality Standards)
- You have a strong command of English, both written and verbal
- You hold a current Working with Children Check
- You’re aligned with the Christian ethos and values of Integricare

You Bring:
- A can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative
- Experience with developing engaging and age-appropriate programs
- A passion for child development and delivering best-practice early learning
- Strong communication skills, connecting easily with children, families, and fellow educators
- A drive to build meaningful relationships and create a positive learning environment
