We are working exclusively with a well-established, Brisbane-based commercial electrical contractor to appoint a qualified and capable Electrical Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a company that is selective in both the work they take on and the people they hire—prioritising quality outcomes and a cohesive team environment above all else.

This role will suit an Electrical Supervisor who brings both technical strength and proven leadership to the table. You'll oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of commercial projects across fitout and construction scopes, and be backed by a strong support structure from head office.

The Role
You’ll be the on-site leader across a range of commercial construction and fit-out projects. This means managing teams, coordinating with clients and trades, and making sure everything runs smoothly, safely and to a high standard. If you’re someone who naturally steps up, takes ownership, and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and team performance
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials and site safety
• Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and consultants
• Ensure all work meets quality, budget and timeline expectations
• Mentor apprentices and support a positive site culture
• Flag issues early and work with the PM to resolve them
• On the tools based role

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated and capable site leader who is organised, proactive and technically sound.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Current QLD Electrical Fitter Mechanic licence
• At least 2 years’ post-trade experience, ideally in a leading role
• White Card, unrestricted manual driver’s licence
• Current LVR/CPR, Working at Heights, EWP, and respiratory mask fit
• Experience with Simpro (bonus but not essential)
• A calm and confident leadership style with strong communication skills
• The ability to drive outcomes without cutting corners
